How can we establish terms with your company?
 

You are required to sign the Credit Application and Agreement. If the Credit Application and Agreement is not completed and signed, your request to establish terms with us will not be processed.

Do you accept Credit Cards?
  Yes, only Visa.

What is Monteva's rejection policy?
  All claims for error, shortage or refund must be addressed to and received by Monteva Aviation Group within a maximum of 10 days after receipt of goods.  Monteva's liability is limited to replacing the material or refunding the invoice value of the material sold.

A customer seeking to return goods must adhere to the following steps; otherwise, shipments will be refused at customers expense and responsibility:

- the customer must obtain a RMA number issued by Monteva prior to returning the good(s),
- the customer must ship the good(s) back to Monteva within 3 days of the issuance of the RMA number,
- the customer must clearly affix the RMA number to all returned containers and the accompanying documents,
- no returned good(s) will be accepted if they were removed from their OEM packaging, disassembled, or, altered in any manner whatsoever.

Are there any restocking fees for returned items?
 

Restocking fees apply when shipped units are in good condition with all the required documentation and the customer still wants to return the units without a valid reason.

What charges apply when an exchanged unit goes BER?
 

As per the signed Exchange Agreement, the following charges will be applied:
- the unit outright value + the exchange fee + any applicable late fee charges

For what time period does Monteva keep documents relating to parts that they sell?
 

We keep all documents for a period of 10 years in paper form and 15 years in digital form.

Do you charge for traceability and OEM certification?
  No.

Do you charge for notarizing the trace documents?
  Yes, there is a US$25 fee.
